In this article I’m going to talk about yeast free diets. First off let me give you a little bit of info on why yeast free diets might be right for you. Sometimes, due in part to taking antibiotics these beneficial bacteria are also killed off. Some other causes for this candida die off include the use of birth control pills, stress and excessive fatigue.

Whatever the reason when this type of imbalance in our system occurs it triggers the yeast to grow out of control which can cause many serious side effects including yeast infections (oral and genital), depression and even some life threatening diseases. The Anti Yeast Diet – A Map To Your Health!

3. Other Foods – A few other foods to steer clear of include grains including wheat, barley and rye, wheat items such as breads and pastas, also dairy foods like yogurts, cottage cheese as well as cream cheese. Most fruits need to be avoided as they normally contain high concentrations of sugar.

Foods To Eat:

These are list of beneficial foods that should be incorporated into any serious anti yeast diet.

1. Water – Always try and drink freshly filtered water. The reason for this is tap water can become infected with things like parasites depending on the source of the water.

2. Vegetables – Fresh veggies that have low or no amounts of starch. Two such anti yeast diet items that are good for you, are onions and garlic.

3.  Oil Used In Cooking – You should stick to normal butter along with vegetable cooking oil because they contain low amounts of starch and low amounts of cholesterol.

4. Meats and Poultry – Stick to fresh meats and fresh poultry items that have high amounts of protein while containing no sugar or mold.

5. Live Yogurt – These probiotics allow the gut to being repopulating itself with the beneficial bacteria needed in order to restore the balance to your body’s system.

6. Green Algae – This form of anti yeast diet food helps to restore the balance to our gut as well as boosting our immune systems.

It is important to stick with an anti yeast diet when combating candidiasis. It’s a strict anti yeast diet that requires a lot of discipline but that discipline is needed in order to assure your health. You should always consult a physician before starting any anti yeast diet and with a tricky illness such as this you may also benefit from a combination of anti yeast diet and other forms of treatment. Candidiasis Treatment

Patients often report feeling better while following a candidiasis treatment program. However once they finish with candidiasis treatment many of the symptoms tend to come back, sometimes after only a couple of weeks. So why does this happen one might ask? It is believed by many that it is extremely hard to kill all of the Candida in our bodies.

  4. Mushrooms – all varieties
  5. Nuts – Any type of nut that is packaged without having a shell. What happens is these nuts tend to gather fungus spores and mold which only further the yeast overgrowth. Fresh nuts that are still inside their shells are fine.
  6. Fermented Foods – This includes all forms of alcoholic beverages.

There are some nutritional supplements and herbs that can also be used effectively in candidiasis treatment.

  1. Horopito – A herbal product that contains not one but two strong anti fungal remedies that are known to aid in the killing of Candida.
  2. Kandidaplex
  3. Candida 30c – Only to be taken for 2 weeks.
  4. Caprylic acid – aids in stopping the Candida from producing while at the same time killing off Candida in the system.
  5. Culturelle
  6. Any recommended multivitamin supplement.

The candidiasis treatment listed above are to be followed for three months, the only exception to that rule is Candida 30c. Once your past 2 weeks of following a yeast free diet, the Sanum remedies are begun as followed:

If there are any types of vaginal or anal discharge then suppositories of Alibcansan D3 needs to be used in order to get rid of infection. These are allowed to be taken every other day before bed or right after having intercourse.

You should continue this for around 10 weeks or until finished with the protocol. I believe it would be smart to start the Sanum remedies about 2 weeks after the start of the general Candida protocol to allow for a maximum Candida die off.

Any tablets and capsules must be had before eating as they do not mix well when taken together. Follow the table above of when to have the Sanum remedies. The proper way to take these candidiasis treatment remedies is to open up the capsules they come in and put the powder inside them underneath the tongue in order to let the powder absorb. This should roughly take around a minute. When ingesting these tablets one should let them slowly be dissolved inside the mouth for maximum effectiveness.

There are various other candidiasis treatments for Candida ranging from over the counter medicines to alternative medicines. It is always best to consult with a physician before following any course of action. Just know with the proper candidiasis treatment in place and a yeast free diet you’re only months away from a much happier and healthier life. I know you have the power to do it!
