Wheat allergies and wheat intolerance symptoms, usually get referred to as the same thing by most people, which is actually not correct. Wheat allergy, is on par with a food allergy, where our body has an auto immune response to whatever the particular allergen is. Therefore, a wheat allergy causes allergic symptoms to occur, where a wheat intolerance is actually a type of chemical reaction that happens in our body, because one is unable to properly digest wheat. A wheat allergy is much more uncommon when in comparison to a wheat intolerance.

Wheat Intolerance

Certain types of food are harder on the digestive system than others due to certain components present in them. Wheat is one such item as it has a protein called gluten. In certain individuals, consuming gluten can lead to negative reactions as these people are hyper sensitive to gluten and therefore wheat. This condition is referred to as wheat intolerance or as celiac disease. Intolerance to wheat is rare but one of the most found food intolerance’s across the globe. The only cause of this intolerance is due to genetics and therefore can’t be reversed.

Wheat Intolerance Symptoms Found In Adults

Wheat intolerance symptoms are difficult to discern and relate back to as wheat intolerance. During the beginning stages the wheat intolerance symptoms present as mild and can later turn severe or become larger in number with the onset of time. There happen to be a wide variety of wheat intolerance symptoms one may find in the case of an intolerance to wheat. In children, the common wheat intolerance symptoms are skin rashes, vomiting and diarrhea. In adults, however, the wheat intolerance symptoms vary with the individual. This list contains some of the wheat intolerance symptoms you should be aware of.

Cramps (Stomach)

Diarrhea

Retaining Fluids

Nausea

Vomiting

Bloating (Gas)

Loss Of Weight

Flatulent

Constipated

Eczema

IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

Rashes

Lethargic

As mentioned above, not every symptom is seen in each individual. However, if you notice one or more of these symptoms, especially after eating there could be the possible presence of a wheat intolerance.

Treatments For Wheat Intolerance Symptoms

It can be extremely difficult to match the above symptoms in adults to an actual wheat intolerance. Therefore, it would be wise to go and see a doctor who can diagnose and help you begin treatment for this condition as soon as possible. Intolerance to wheat is treated much the same as other food intolerance’s. Your physician will advise you to stop eating wheat and other foods that have gluten in them. You will then see if your symptoms cease or if they continue. If they stop, then one can infer they are intolerant to wheat, and if they continue then other testing will need to be done to determine the cause. If an individual is determined to have a wheat intolerance they will need to eliminate wheat and gluten from their diets completely as this is the only surefire treatment.

Preventing Wheat Intolerance Symptoms

Aside from wheat there are other grains that also have gluten that need to be avoided. These grains include wheat grass, barley, wheat germ, rye, farina, matzo, bulgur, graham flour, oats, spelt, semolina and couscous. One should also be careful when ingesting these particular foods, as oftentimes, they are made of wheat. These foods include bread, muffins, cookies, pizza, pasta, pancakes, scones, biscuits and barley drinks. It is crucial to your health and overall well being that you confirm what is in these foods before you consume them

Good luck and here’s to a healthier tomorrow!

<g:plusone></g:plusone>

A condition referred to as candida infection, or candidiasis in the medical community, has become prevalent in women these days. For those that have this condition, the use of candida recipes has been successful for obtaining relief. While everyone carries this type of fungi, it becomes an uncomfortable situation when they multiple to such levels that they become overabundant and an infection is the end result.

Most commonly noted in the vaginal area this type of infection can occur in any warm, moist area of the body, such as under the arms or in the mouth. Often various lesions are present with additional symptoms such as a burning or itching sensation, all three tend to create a great deal of discomfort and irritation.

While it can be life threatening, there is good news. Consumption of certain types of foods and following a regimented diet are helpful in reducing the various symptoms that occur. If candida recipes are something you’re unfamiliar with, keep reading. A yeast free diet is full of foods that contain no yeast but are still full of nutrients that give the body a chance to rest and recover.

Below are a few foods that are nutritious and acceptable to use in your candida recipes that will be beneficial in eliminating yeast and reclaiming your health.

1. Apple

The old saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away is certainly true in this case. Healthy and full of nutrients, apples can be used in a variety of ways. Eat it alone as a filling snack or add it to yogurt, cereal or other candida recipes dishes that will not aid in the accumulation of additional yeast. Your body will feel rejuvenated, not simply because apples are yeast free, but because you are now consuming part of your daily dietary intake.

2. Spinach

Spinach is another healthy, delicious and versatile food. Full of iron, vitamin C and vitamin K among other vitamins and minerals, spinach ranks in the top five of the world’s healthiest foods to use in candida recipes. Consuming spinach not only helps in regulating your body, it also gives you an extra boost of energy and the worry of candida infections will melt away.

3. Avocado

Another healthy and versatile food are avocados. These can be added to salads, eaten alone, added to a dessert smoothie or blended with a few other candida recipes ingredients to make guacamole dip. Foods such as guacamole are wonderful when you get mid-day hunger pains. You’ll feel like your cheating on your candida recipes diet when in reality you are getting a wonderful, healthy snack that helps in combating yeast infection.

4. Asparagus

And last, but certainly not least, asparagus should be included in your candida recipes dietary plan. Performing double duty, asparagus is both healthy while at the same time killing off excess yeast; asparagus works great in candida recipes like stir fry or in soups and salads. The one notable feature about asparagus is its ability to starve any candida organisms causing them to eventually die out. To get the full effect be sure to combine asparagus with equally healthy candida recipes ingredients and your body will thank you for it in the long run.

In conclusion by using candida recipes and foods such as these, you are guaranteed to get high-quality vitamins and minerals that effectively reduce, eliminate and prevent candida infection. If you’re suffering from a yeast infection you’ll find these candida recipes beneficial in cleaning out your system and getting rid of this nasty infection once and for all.

<g:plusone></g:plusone>

Male thrush also referred to as candida or a yeast infection occurs when yeast begins to grow abnormally in the body and there isn’t enough good bacteria to keep the growth in check. Sometimes also referred to as a fungal infection many men suffering from thrush experience irritation on the part of the body affected along with extreme itchiness.

Male thrush is often overlooked as yeast infections are generally associated as a problem only affecting women. This is far from the truth and needs to be taken seriously as male thrush can lead to severe health complications if not treated. Aside from its negative effects on one’s health, male thrush can also have a serious affect on relationships. Male thrush can impact a man’s sex life and is communicable, making it essential to be treated early.

Let me share with you the symptoms of thrush in men along with what steps to take if you think you have an infection. Knowing these steps can prove very beneficial for your health as male thrush doesn’t just develop overnight and knowing what to look for and what to do will increase your chances of stopping it early on.

1. Oral thrush

One of the most prevalent type of thrush in men is oral in nature. To spot if your infected look into a mirror and open your mouth widely. Look for lesions or whitish spots on your gums, tongue, inner checks and palate. If you noticed any spots is there small amounts bleeding when these areas are touched. If your answer is yes, you probably have male thrush and need to consult a doctor immediately.

2. Yeast Infection on the penis

Another type of yeast infection in men occurs in the penis. You’ll want to inspect your penis to see if there are signs of swelling or inflammation. Be sure to check if the tip or the areas around the penis are red. Other signs are itchiness, pain while urinating, irritation and most importantly a cottage cheese looking discharge underneath the foreskin. If your answer is yes to most of these symptoms, you probably have male thrush and need to consult a doctor immediately.

3. Sexual activity

Are you sexually active? Know that male thrush can be sexually transmitted. If you think you have thrush inform your sexual partners immediately. Also remember one can still get male thrush without any sexual activity.

4. See your doctor

Before heading off to visit your doctor prepare a checklist of all your symptoms. This will help the doctor narrow down what’s affecting you and determine if you’re suffering from some form of yeast infection.

5. Get on it early:

Male thrush is best treated in its earliest stages. If you think you’re suffering from male thrush go see your doctor immediately. Bring the checklist you made and don’t be timid when it comes to asking questions about your situation. Try and be as clear as you can when explaining your symptoms. The doctor needs to know the full picture in order to treat you appropriately. You may be given some tests to confirm certain symptoms.

So what are some of the things that can cure male thrush. Well depending on the severity and the symptoms your doctor may give you antibiotics, anti fungal medications or just put you on a yeast free diet in order to cleanse your system of the excess yeast in your body. Just know that there are remedies to be had and although these types of symptoms are sometimes tricky to spot they are very treatable.

<g:plusone></g:plusone>

If you’re one of the many people out there following a wheat and dairy free diet because of food allergies, the desire to shed some pounds or even in order to treat a medical condition then you need to be aware of what ingredients should be avoided in food. Wheat and dairy products include a great deal more than things like flour and milk. By learning the ingredients to look out for on packaged food items and learning what foods should be substituted when cooking you’ll be able to easily stay on a wheat and dairy free diet for as long as you choose.

1. Read The Label – Before purchasing any type of food you need to examine the label closely. Avoid dairy items by searching the label for any of the following ingredients: casein, curds, rennet, lactulose, whey, ghee, lactoglobulin, lactalbumin, whey hydrosate and casein hydrolysate. Also be aware that wheat has gluten in it so search for items sold as gluten free in order to be sure that the manufacturers didn’t use any wheat in making it.

2. Make Substitutions When Cooking – Do not substitute in items like kamut or spelt as they both act exactly as wheat does once in the body. Another tip is to use equal amounts of water, fruit juice and soy milk in place of regular milk. However don’t use any goat milk as this causes the same reaction as cow’s milk does

3. Get Your Nutrients – Always take a multivitamin supplement in order to make sure you’re getting enough minerals and vitamins. Always check on the label to search for any hidden wheat or dairy ingredients to ensure that the vitamins are in fact wheat and dairy free. Things like broccoli and soy milk are good because they add to the amount of calcium in your wheat and dairy free diet that you may not be getting otherwise. Increase the amount of meat, beans and fish you consume to increase both your zinc and B vitamin intake. You should also try to incorporate more fiber by eating things like veggies, rye, fruit and whole oats. If you still feel that you’re not getting enough vitamins and minerals in your daily diet please see your physician.

4. Food Intolerance – By eliminating the types of food your body is intolerant of your body will be able to absorb nutrients properly. Please note however that not all people have the same type of reactions to food intolerance so the actual benefits of following a wheat and dairy free diet and removing the food will change on a person to person basis.

5. Alleviating Symptoms – Following a wheat and dairy free diet when you’re intolerant to these foods can help strengthen bones, cure bloating and diarrhea, reduce a variety of aches and pains, ease migraines, along with a myriad of other health benefits.

6. Mindful Eating – If for no other reason following a wheat and dairy free diet will lead to an increase in awareness of how much and more importantly what you’re actually eating. This forces you to decrease what is known as “mindless eating” and can help to improve not only your health but your waistline.

<g:plusone></g:plusone>

In this article I’m going to talk about yeast free diets. First off let me give you a little bit of info on why yeast free diets might be right for you. Yeast that grows inside our body often thrives in moist areas such as the digestive tract, mouth and urinary tract. There is however a certain type of bacteria known as Candida that thrives on this yeast and stops the yeast from overproducing and therefore protects us from its negative effects. Sometimes, due in part to taking antibiotics these beneficial bacteria are also killed off. Some other causes for this candida die off include the use of birth control pills, stress and excessive fatigue.

Whatever the reason when this type of imbalance in our system occurs it triggers the yeast to grow out of control which can cause many serious side effects including yeast infections (oral and genital), depression and even some life threatening diseases. Don’t fear because many of these symptoms can be easily reversed by following one of the many various yeast free diets being taught by health professionals worldwide. What are yeast free diets? The explanation is easy! A yeast free diet entails eliminating any kind of foods that aids the growth of yeast in our system, and instead eating healthier food free of yeast.

How to Incorporate a Yeast Free Diet

Nowadays we as a people consume a great deal of junk food. Cutting this type of food out of our diet is the first part in living yeast free. Foods normally allowed in yeast free diets generally are unprocessed and in their natural form and by that standard better for the body to digest. Sugar is a big no-no on these types of yeast free diets as it is one of the main food sources for yeast to survive in our body. The same goes of most dairy products. Therefore it is imperative that we cut both sugar and dairy out of our yeast free diets completely. Other foods to be avoided are meats that are pickled, canned or dried, nuts out of their shell, mushrooms, potatoes, alcohol, fruit drinks and soft drinks.

A Candida diet is normally followed for a period of between four to eight weeks, depending on how severe the symptoms are and how quickly the toxins are flushed from your body. This is different for everyone since everyone’s body chemistry is unique. Normally in the first two weeks people following yeast free diets report actually feeling worse then when they started. Don’t worry this is to be expected. You see as the excess yeast dies off it releases toxins into your bloodstream. These toxins can leave you feeling weak and irritated but they will be soon be out of your system entirely. When this occurs you will begin to notice your symptoms alleviating and eventually disappearing altogether.

Some of the foods you should be consuming while on yeast free diets include leafy green veggies, eggs, fish, fresh meat and poultry, rice, barley, whole grains and probiotic foods like corn syrup and yogurt minus the sugar. You’ll notice a big change in your health and energy levels once your body has adapted to your new yeast free diets routine.

While following a yeast free diets lifestyle one should also begin a light exercise routine of walking and swimming. The more active you are the better you’ll feel! Now once you’ve recovered and your symptoms are gone you might be tempted to go back to you’re previous diet but I implore you to do so with caution and reintroduce old foods slowly back into your diet. If you do this you’ll find that certain foods have a really negative effect on your health and may need to stay out of your diet on a more permanent basis.

Both a person’s skin and the mucous membranes are home to a large variety of different tiny organisms as well as bacteria that enable the body to work at a more efficient level. There are however a group of organisms that act as parasites and lower our immunity systems. An example of this type of organism is Candida which if left to grown unchecked can proliferate and cause infections and a myriad of other complications to the human body.

Candida can be found in our genitalia, intestines, mouth and throat and can cause a wide variety of symptoms that quickly can become systemic if not properly treated with an anti yeast diet. A few of the more well known symptoms are depression, memory loss, sugar cravings, depression, congestion, tiredness and migraines. Candida has also been known to create large holes inside the actual intestinal tract afterward making its way into our blood stream where it is then free to make its way to any organ located in the body if not treated with an anti yeast diet.

Candida is able to release over 65 different forms of toxin into our bodies. This can lead to serious infections and illnesses like oral thrush, yeast infection and a nasty skin infection. This is why in order to combat this serious health hazard one must stick to an anti yeast diet.

The Anti Yeast Diet

The idea behind the anti yeast diet is a simple one. One must rid the body of any yeast therefore one needs to slowly reduce and then entirely eliminate any foods that allow candida yeast to grow unchecked within the body.

Foods To Avoid:

Avoiding the following anti yeast diet foods will allow the body to kill off most of the excess yeast in the body. These anti yeast diet foods need to be avoided for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks and then only gradually reintroduced one by one to your diet in order to see if any foods are particularly harmful to your system.

1. Sugar – This is yeasts main food source in the body. This means no sweets like chocolate, cakes or drinks with sugar (like most fruit juices). Also starchy foods like potatoes, corn, and other veggies with roots need to be eliminated as ingesting these foods can lead to spikes in the sugar content within our body.

2. Yeasty Foods – One needs to avoid any foods that have been fermented. This includes all forms of alcohol, ketchup, pickles, vinegar and mayonnaise. Also items like cheese, soy sauce, mushrooms and most items made with white bread need to be stayed away from.

3. Other Foods – A few other foods to steer clear of include grains including wheat, barley and rye, wheat items such as breads and pastas, also dairy foods like yogurts, cottage cheese as well as cream cheese. Most fruits need to be avoided as they normally contain high concentrations of sugar.

Foods To Eat:

These are list of beneficial foods that should be incorporated into any serious anti yeast diet.

1. Water – Always try and drink freshly filtered water. The reason for this is tap water can become infected with things like parasites depending on the source of the water.

2. Vegetables – Fresh veggies that have low or no amounts of starch. Two such anti yeast diet items that are good for you, are onions and garlic.

3. Oil Used In Cooking – You should stick to normal butter along with vegetable cooking oil because they contain low amounts of starch and low amounts of cholesterol.

4. Meats and Poultry – Stick to fresh meats and fresh poultry items that have high amounts of protein while containing no sugar or mold.

5. Live Yogurt – These probiotics allow the gut to being repopulating itself with the beneficial bacteria needed in order to restore the balance to your body’s system.

6. Green Algae – This form of anti yeast diet food helps to restore the balance to our gut as well as boosting our immune systems.

It is important to stick with an anti yeast diet when combating candidiasis. It’s a strict anti yeast diet that requires a lot of discipline but that discipline is needed in order to assure your health. You should always consult a physician before starting any anti yeast diet and with a tricky illness such as this you may also benefit from a combination of anti yeast diet and other forms of treatment. Candida infections are very serious but also very treatable with an anti yeast diet.

Good luck.. Live Well!

<g:plusone></g:plusone>

Patients often report feeling better while following a candidiasis treatment program. However once they finish with candidiasis treatment many of the symptoms tend to come back, sometimes after only a couple of weeks. So why does this happen one might ask? It is believed by many that it is extremely hard to kill all of the Candida in our bodies.

You see as the person undergoing candidiasis treatment takes the different anti fungals available, most of the Candida will be killed off, but when even a tiny percentage are left they can quickly multiply and cause havoc on the body once the person undergoing candidiasis treatment stops and goes back to a normal diet. For example this happens often in instances of vaginal thrush.

One popular candidiasis treatment to stop this from happening as frequently involves this 5 step process.

Begin by starving the excess Candida by avoiding the foods that help feed it.

Next, kill off the Candida by using the products mentioned further down in this article.

Then begin to repopulate the flora located in the bowel by using a highly potent GG-probiotic such as Culturelle that has billions of live bacteria contained in it and has been heavily researched in clinical trials.

Use Sanum remedies to help convert the bad forms of Candida back into healthier Candida

Last but certainly not least begin to reset the biochemical balance to your body and strengthen the immune system, by following a special yeast free diet meant to flush out the remaining toxins putting you back on course for a happier and much healthier life!

It is nearly impossible to form an effective candidiasis treatment without eliminating all types of sugar from one’s diet for a length of no less than three months. Some of the foods that needed to be avoided at all costs during candidiasis treatment include:

Sugars – This should go without saying as sugar is a main food source to the yeast growing in our body. One needs to avoid all forms of sugar along with foods like cake, chocolate. biscuits, ice cream, and fruit based drinks.

Dried and Fresh Fruits – All fruits no matter if there fresh, cooked, or dried need to be avoided. Fresh fruits need only be avoided for the initial 6 week period but the rest need to shied away from for the entire three months.

Yeasty Foods – Some of these foods include bread, ketchup, vinegar, pickles and mayonnaise.Refined Foods – White rice, all forms of white flower, corn flour, and white pasta

Mushrooms – all varieties

Nuts – Any type of nut that is packaged without having a shell. What happens is these nuts tend to gather fungus spores and mold which only further the yeast overgrowth. Fresh nuts that are still inside their shells are fine.

Fermented Foods – This includes all forms of alcoholic beverages.

There are some nutritional supplements and herbs that can also be used effectively in candidiasis treatment.

Horopito – A herbal product that contains not one but two strong anti fungal remedies that are known to aid in the killing of Candida.

Kandidaplex

Candida 30c – Only to be taken for 2 weeks.

Caprylic acid – aids in stopping the Candida from producing while at the same time killing off Candida in the system.

Culturelle

Any recommended multivitamin supplement.

The candidiasis treatment listed above are to be followed for three months, the only exception to that rule is Candida 30c. Once your past 2 weeks of following a yeast free diet, the Sanum remedies are begun as followed:

1. Mucokehl D5 –Please take one tab two times week.
2. Pefrakehl D4 – Please take one cap two times a week.
3. Notakehl D5 – Please take one tab two times a week.
4. Fortakehl D5 – Please take one tab two times a week.
5. Nigersan D5 – Please take one tab two times a week.
6. Albicansan D4 – Please take one cap two times a week.

If there are any types of vaginal or anal discharge then suppositories of Alibcansan D3 needs to be used in order to get rid of infection. These are allowed to be taken every other day before bed or right after having intercourse.

You should continue this for around 10 weeks or until finished with the protocol. I believe it would be smart to start the Sanum remedies about 2 weeks after the start of the general Candida protocol to allow for a maximum Candida die off.

Any tablets and capsules must be had before eating as they do not mix well when taken together. Follow the table above of when to have the Sanum remedies. The proper way to take these candidiasis treatment remedies is to open up the capsules they come in and put the powder inside them underneath the tongue in order to let the powder absorb. This should roughly take around a minute. When ingesting these tablets one should let them slowly be dissolved inside the mouth for maximum effectiveness.

There are various other candidiasis treatments for Candida ranging from over the counter medicines to alternative medicines. It is always best to consult with a physician before following any course of action. Just know with the proper candidiasis treatment in place and a yeast free diet you’re only months away from a much happier and healthier life. I know you have the power to do it!

Good luck.. Live Well!

It’s time to tally your Candida Albicans Symptoms score!

Your Candida Albicans Symptoms Score:

——————————————

After adding up the score if you scored fewer then 6 you’re most likely not infected with Candida Albicans. It may still be wise to contact your physician to figure out what is causing those particular Candida Albicans symptoms. You might want to also consider checking out some of the at home solutions for such symptoms as jock itch, yeast infection and athletes foot instead of going to a doctor.

After adding up the Candida Albicans symptoms score if you fell between 6 – 10 you may be suffering from an infection that might be the cause of these issues. It would be wise to contact your physician and start a yeast free diet in order to help your body flush out the excess candida attacking your system. After about 4 to 8 weeks you should feel like a new person!

After adding up the Candida Albicans symptoms score if you fell between 10 – 17 there is a strong chance that Candida Albicans is the reason for your health issues. See a doctor and get on a yeast free diet immediately. You may also want to pursue some other treatments if your symptoms linger.

After adding up your Candida Albicans symptoms score if you fell over 18 there’s high chance you have a systemic infection. You need to immediately seek help to have this dangerous health issue put in check. You must contact a physician and not only start a yeast free diet but begin treatments for candida overgrowth. It may take a while to fully recover but with a little work and a lot of vigilance you can get back to your normal healthy self.

Good luck.. Live Well!

Following a candida yeast free diet will ensure that any yeast overgrowth occurring in your system will begin to significantly reduce back down to normal levels. After a stricter initial detoxification a relaxed maintenance plan can be employed to keep a re-occurrence of candida yeast free symptoms from happening.

Yeast thrives on sugars and refined carbs. It‘s only by regulating one’s intake of these foods that systemic candida yeast free can be controlled and cured. By going on a no yeast diet not only will you be shocked at how much more energy you have but your skin will begin to improve, your eyes will shine a little brighter and you’ll find yourself losing weight, even though you always you’re still eating well. A lot of people have discovered that a candida yeast free diet helps to ease joint and back pain, balance out sugar levels, lower blood pressure, keep cholesterol in check and reduce a lot of the symptoms related to depression – and this is without the aid of any medications! Now you may ask what the reasons for all the additional benefits are. Well, when you reduce the candida yeast free overgrowth in your system, your immune system can finally function at an optimal level letting the body begin to heal itself after years of unnecessary abuse.

Important Candida Yeast Free Diet Things to Know

While on a candida yeast free diet you need to monitor your blood sugar level and ensure that is kept within an acceptable range by having a three good sized meals. If you begin to experience a lack of energy or dizziness while on this candida yeast free diet the reason is likely connected to low blood sugar. When this occurs just add an early morning and early afternoon snack. You also need to drink plenty of water. This is to help eliminate toxins from the body. After a week or so of detox, you may find some symptoms worsening along with an increase in headaches. This is actually to be expected and is all part of the process. Don’t worry things will start to look up after a couple of days and you’ll find yourself feeling healthy, more energetic and happier than beforehand. A candida yeast free diet normally takes between 3-8 weeks followed by a candida yeast free maintenance plan of your choosing.

One last thing, on a candida yeast free diet, you aren’t allowed to use most kinds of sugar. This includes glucose, sucrose (cane sugar) and fructose (fruit sugar). Lactose should be used minimally.

In reality, most individuals on a no yeast diet indulge in food that is usually not known as yeast free diet recipes food yet still can be quite successful in losing weight.

Check out this list of things you can have during a week following a yeast free diet and you’ll be shocked. The best news is that you’ll feel wonderful when eating yeast free diet recipes. You’ll find yourself with an increase of energy and the symptoms you were once suffering from will slowly begin to vanish one by one.

Listed below are a few yeast free diet recipes to aid you along the way.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes For 1st Week

Simple Chicken (Using A Crock Pot)

Steak, Potatoes and Veggies

Chicken Dinner (Country Style)

Taste Of Italy

Taco Time!

Pork Chops

Delicious Crusted Salmon

Yeast Free Diet Recipes Day 1 – Simple Chicken

Either place 3 lbs. bone or 1 to 2 lbs. chicken without bones in a crock pot. Next cover the chicken with both cans of “cream of chicken soup” and “cream of mushroom,” add a few pinches of salt and a few pinches of pepper. After this is done you want to cook at a low heat for between six and seven hours or on high heat for between three and four hours, mostly dependent on the crock pot your using. When the chicken is done cooking serve it on top of some steamed rice, a nice side of greens and presto you’ve got a great, healthy yeast free diet recipes meal on your hands.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes Day 2 – Steak, Potatoes and Veggies

This one is pretty simple. Just cook the steak of your choice on a grill, once it’s done serve it with a baked potato. Don’t worry, you can have some butter and a little sour cream. Just practice moderation! Add in some veggies with a little dressing, something low in sugar and you have yourself a delicious and flavorful meal. Now I know most diets scoff at a diet that allows these kinds of meals but having steak and potatoes in small amounts is a perfectly acceptable in many yeast free diet recipes. You can substitute steak for other types of meat but just be sure not to add sugar.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes Day 3 – Chicken Dinner (Country Style)

First thing is to get your oven up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. When that’s done use a roasting pan and melt ¼ cup of butter in the oven. Next combine a third of a cup of rice flour, actually any other type of non-gluten flour will work, with one tsp. of salt, one tsp. of poultry seasoning along with a ½ tsp. pepper on a plate or flat bowl. Now take your chicken (bone-in or boneless) and dip it in the melted butter and then coat it with the flour mix you just prepared. Now put the coated chicken in your pan. If it is bone-in then bake for between twenty five and thirty minutes then flip chicken onto its other side. Keep baking for between thirty and thirty five minutes until tender and fully cooked. If you are using boneless chicken then cut the cooking time in half but please be sure to check that the chicken is completely cooked. Serve with some green peas and a nice portion of tasty mashed potatoes.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes Day 4 – Taste Of Italy

This involves the use of rice pasta instead of regular pasta. There’s a growing selection of rice pastas now being carried by food stores. Just try a few out till you find which one’s you enjoy the most. Once you’ve picked out your pasta cook it and serve with the sauce of your choosing. Just make sure that whatever sauce you decide on has a low sugar content and is free of corn syrup. You can add all the cheese, vegetables and meat that you want to. Add in a salad and you’ve got yourself another filling yeast free diet recipes meal. Just be sure not to add any extra bread to the meal. Instead have some extra pasta or salad until you feel full.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes Day 5 – Taco Time!

Super simple! Just get your favorite type of corn tortilla (hard or soft shell), heat up and serve with one big bowl each of shredded lettuce and cheese, chopped onions and tomatoes, some refried beans and salsa to top it all off with.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes Day 6 – Pork Chops

Begin by brushing your pork chops. Then cut to ¾ inch thickness and add 2 tsp. of lemon juice. Next season loin chops with ½ tsp. each of salt, basil and dried thyme along with a ¼ tsp. of ginger. Now broil for between eight and ten minutes, three to four inches away from heat only turning them once. Make sure you cook until there is no remaining pink and the juice starts running clear. Finally serve with sides of veggies and rice pasta salad.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes Day 7 – Delicious Crusted Salmon

First you want to grind two cups of pecans down into a coarse meal. Then add 1 ½ tsp. of garlic salt along with 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (you can do less if you want). Next coat four to five ounce salmon pieces using olive oil, and roll in the mixture we just made and put on the baking sheet. Now bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes or till it’s cooked to your preferences. All that’s left is to serve with a salad or side of veggies. If you don’t want your salmon to be pecan crusted then just grill with olive oil and some seasoning.

Just remember that by indulging on the yeast free diet recipes that are good for you it helps to minimize how often you’ll crave things like bread and sugar. Try sticking to yeast free diet recipes for your first two meals of the day and all your snacks. That way you have a lot more flexibility on what you can have for dinner. Also like any diet be sure to have lots of water. Follow these yeast free diet recipes guidelines and after a few weeks you’ll find yourself feeling great and looking great!
