Snacking is allowed but needs to be done sparingly. If you do decide to snack then eating foods like raw veggies is your best course. You want to avoid things like peanuts. Some people find they are often hungry throughout the day. If you fall into this category you can munch on foods like apples, sticks of celery, and carrot sticks. The addition of all these fresh veggies in your diet can help to get rid of the dead and dying yeast cells which includes removing mycotoxins out of your system. A few more foods to steer clear of are grapes, dates, citrus fruit and raisins.
